Worst sky zone I’ve ever been to. Every time we go it’s a hassle. The front desk
K people are not only rude but not very intelligent. Wish there was some competition maybe they would up their game!!!!!
My recent visit to Sky Zone left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a parent of two energetic kids aged 4 and 5, I was excited to take them to an indoor trampoline park for a fun-filled day. However, my experience was marred by the relentless pressure from Sky Zone staff regarding my 7-month-old baby.Upon arrival, I inquired about whether my baby would need to pay, as he was included in the waiver. The cashier assured me that it wouldn't be necessary, considering his age. However, as my kids started playing and my baby and I sat on the sidelines, we were approached by the manager, who insisted that both the baby and I needed to pay full price. This sudden demand for payment for a non-participating infant seemed unreasonable and left me feeling hounded and disrespected. Moreover, the manager's insistence on charging full price for both me and my baby, despite our inactivity, felt unjustified and money-driven.Comparing Sky Zone to other indoor trampoline parks like Urban Air and Big Air, where such issues are non-existent and kids are offered discounts, only adds to my disappointment. Unlike Sky Zone, these establishments prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a more enjoyable and stress-free experience for families.Furthermore, the constant harassment from Sky Zone employees towards kids, even for minor movements, created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Instead of fostering a fun and carefree environment, the excessive monitoring and reprimanding only served to dampen the overall experience. In conclusion, my visit to Sky Zone was marred by money-driven policies, unreasonable demands, and a lack of consideration for customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to Sky Zone and would advise others to explore alternative options for indoor entertainment.
Do not take your kids here. Our 11 year old was jumped by 3 kids while attending a birthday party. He was punched in the head/face 3 times. This was witnessed by an attendant as well as multiple other kids. The party was not immediately removed. Further, they were allowed to hang out in the lobby area and curse and flip off our birthday party which was moved upstairs. I was told by the manager on site that we would receive a call from the owner the next morning after he reviewed the film. We not only didn't receive a call but were told when we called that he wouldnt be available today. Further, they said they needed to go because they were understaffed and couldn't be on the phone. They do not care about their patrons well being.
Worst Customer Service & Worst Manager Ever! I attended a birthday party with my 2 year old nephew and my 7 and 8 year old sons. As I stood and watched my nephew jump...I noticed one of the employees coming over and talking to him. She looked like she was asking him something...so I walked over and said "is everything ok?" she said with attitude "he needs to be wearing skyzone socks and he needs a name tag." First...not sure why you were talking to a toddler who can't speak in complete sentences and why are you talking to him when I'm standing less than a few feet away? Second...I said "we are with a birthday party and he has on non skid socks." So she said you need to purchase sky zone socks. So I go to the birthday party check-in to get socks and I asked is there a charge for 2 and under to jump b/c they didn't say this when we checked in for the party. She said "yes they get charged like everybody else." Another employee with attitude. I said "Well the party only has 30 mins of jump time left can I just buy time for him?" she nods and she sends me to the front desk. I didn't want the party host to have to pay for him so I went to buy 30 mins of jump time. I spoke to an employee and she told me the price for 30-mins jump time plus socks...it wasn't alot like $12 bucks or something. Right as she's talking to me the manager, CALEB, says you can't give her a 30-min jump time she needs to pay for an hour. I said "excuse me, we're with a birthday party. My older sons are jumping he wants to jump...I just wanted to end the time at the same time as the rest of the kids in the party and there's only 30 mins left." He said "You have to pay for an hour then." I said "he's 2...and he's not going to jump for an hour b/c we have to be back in the party room in 30 mins." He said "the 30-mins is only an option at the end of the night. Then he overtly points to the entire room and says loudly..."There's ALOT OF PEOPLE here with 2 YEAR OLDS AND THEY PAID." He then walks over to the pricing board and POINTS AT THE BOARD (like I'm a student and he's the teacher) and says you have to pay this price!!" I said "Look...I understand that..." but before I could finish he said "I don't think you do..." So I went off on Caleb! I reminded him that I AM THE CUSTOMER and that the way he was speaking to me...his tone and the way he was cutting me off and pointing at the crowd and the board causing a scene was completely inappropriate. If the policy is no 30-min time jumps it's fine. Say it's policy and leave it at that but he gave me so much unnecessary attitude I will never go back. Plus he obviously hasn't trained his employees well b/c the young lady was going to let me pay for 30 mins. So now I've dealt with 3 employees in the short time that I was there...2 had attitudes and he was just completely over the top. I will NEVER go back...there's just too many other jump places that cater to families with young children and that have employees that smile and care. Adventure Air and Urban Air would def be better options if you are considering a trampoline park. Oh and every skyzone is privately owned so if you are considering one I would def skip this location.
Approach this place with extreme caution! They will demand you buy their socks after already telling you that you don’t have too and taking your money and then refusing a refund. The manager is rude and condescending and will talk down to you as if her place in life makes her better than others and allows her staff to be rude to the customers. The facility is dirty and games are broken. Will not return. Lots of better, cleaner places to go in the area. Worst customer experience I’ve had with two small children in tow.
Disappointed and will not be back. We got a 30 min card for my daughter as part of a program but her sisters were along side her so we had to do an hour. An hour is $17 and for an additional hour, they charges me $15. We also has to purchase their socks! I have been to all the other trampoline parks and not once did they require me to buy their socks! Total rip off! Stick to going to big air and urban air!!! Don’t waste your time.
And it’s not not as big as the others, much less to do.
