This company is highly unreliable and dishonet Before booking, they assured me the great migration was still happening and that I’d definitely see it. That promise convinced me to join their tour. In reality, there was no migration—just a distant view of a few hippos and crocodiles, without even going down to the riverbank. They also promised binoculars, but there were none, only the guide’s personal pair shared among all guests. The itinerary claimed three full days, but on the “third day” we left at 8 a.m.—hardly a full day. Worst of all, once they got my payment, they stopped replying to my messages. Safaris aren’t cheap, and this should have been unforgettable. Instead, it was misleading and disappointing. If you want honesty and reliability, choose another operator.
