很不令人满意。首先是导游临时更改时间未能成功通知到我们，让我们在不安中等待了半个小时，其间打电话发短信均无人回应。其次当天由于有博物馆周活动，有些导游带我们去的画廊展览并未开门，可见其准备并不充分。导游个人资历较浅，致使我们并不能进行充分交流。最后，过程中产生的花费竟然需要我们自己家承担？ Originally the art and gallery tour should start at 12:00 as confirmed by Katarina, on that day no one showed up then and Katarina's belated message response only arrived at 12:30 after our 30-min waiting. We were informed only then that the tour will start at 13:15, Katarina said she has sent me this update (and also she found someone else to be our guide rather than herself) one day before while I got nothing either by message or email. At 13:15, guide Dunja came, who is a sophomore majored on art history. To be honest, we were not satisfied with her for the reasons below: 1) Not prepared the route well. Due to the museum week activity on that day, 3 galleries she brought us to were closed which she didn't expect. Being a guide for such specific tour, how could this happen?? So the 3hr tour turned out to be only 2hr. 2) Her limited domain know-how. I'm not being judgemental, but for some art related question she couldn't give a sound answer; also when we sat down for the coffee we couldn't have deeper exchange on cultural or social topic (it's true that she is only a 20-year old girl, alright). Furthermore, she didn't talk too much during the tour. 3) I suppose she should cover the coffee cost while she didn't!! I have been with other guides on other tour, none of them were like this as the tour price was supposed to cover everything, right? Especially that all galleries we visited were free of. charge!! When we need to check the bill (only hundreds of dinar), she took out a credit card and then looked at us saying nothing... So we had to pay. And when we paid her in the last, we had to ask her to keep the change ( though we don't like to leave any tips considering the tour quality) as she didn't have any cash with her (while on the other tour with other agent days ago, for similar situation the guide tried her best to break the big banknote-although it's not her fault, she kept apologizing alone the way for not bring small money with her) All in all, a very disappointing tour, maybe as it's not with Katarina?
