There were 8 floors and it seemed to be priced and designed as such. The lower floors were for lower quality and cheap price and going higher as you reached the top.
1st floor was absolutely rowdy and competitive. I could get very cheap clothes here. 2nd floor was same. The shops were lined closely and many sales personnel were outside their shops. The top floor, 8th floor, was European n Korean designs and much pricier and snaller crowd.
It was a challenge to shop around. I asked customer service for help and it was hopeless and totally unhelpful.
Something interesting was, the sales personnel were actually live models wearing their own clothes! I could see dangling price tags hanging from their clothes. Sales personnel were very active but not rude or pushy at all.
Overall, pleasant experience and enjoyable.
