我们提前一个月预定了出海，并准时到达。 很高兴地发现尽管是雨天出海没有取消，我们付钱领票。但是当二十分钟后我们到集合点准备出发时却被告知由于人数不足出海被取消了。 我们的房东得知后也觉得不可思议：这是是对按时来的游客的不公平也是本地人的耻辱。 We are a family who came from Asia and traveled in Scotland for 7 days. We planned to have the cruise in Ullapool and booked online in advance. In order to have the cruise we even stayed in Ullapool for one night. Though it was rainy, we still arrived at the pier on time and was very glad to find that the cruise would still go. We paid the money and got the tickets.Something incredible happened when we got to the meeting place for departure. The staff told us that they couldn’t go because there were not enough passengers. Our boy was extremely disappointed because he had been looking forward to the cruise for a long time. After hearing our experience, our hotel owner said it was unfair to the travelers arrived on time and it was really a shame to the local people.
