Too expensive, lackluster experience

点评：I actually went to their new one in Victoria and I was disappointed. The woman behind the counter was lackluster at best. She seemed to have other things to do. She was more interested in getting my order done and getting me my beers than making me and my wife feel welcome.
The lager I had was good, I’m picky on beers and this one tasted fresh in the lines were clearly clean. But it was expensive, overpriced. I know there’s inflation but not THAT much inflation.
We also ordered a pizza which was mediocre. The bill for a pizza and two beers was over $37, plus tip. There are other places in town with better prices and better value.
Of course, even though it’s just counter service, the POS machine asked for a tip. It’s just tacky. If you’re going to charge high prices, then pay your workers a decent wage, please don’t expect me to. I am a very good tipper when service is great. But for mediocre counter service, in a place where I have to bust my own table you suggest 18%?
The atmosphere is stark and sterile . The chairs are uncomfortable metal, it just has no sense of artistic design. The floors are concrete.
