Little Blue Lake的点评
点评：As described, this is a vivid turquoise blue “lake” which is a result of minerals at the base of the pit from old mining in the area. Worth a stop of you are passing through or a short detour, but nothing worth going out of your way to visit. It’s pretty cool just to have a look at and makes for some great pictures.
From what we saw, there is no path around it or anything but there are some areas off the side of the car park where you can walk to get different views of the lake other than the viewing platform. Take care going near the edges as there are no barriers and the ground is eroding. Swimming is not recommended due to the mineral content of the water.
At the time of our visit there was no signage describing anything (as seen in other’s pictures), so what we know of this attraction we had to google.
Note there are no facilities here and it is located on a route that takes you down multiple windy dirt roads, so drive carefully.
