点评：We stopped here and made paper lanterns (1000 yen per person). You will receive one instructor per table of up to 4 amature lantern makers. My son does not understand English, but the instructor did a great job teaching us how to make beautiful foldable lanterns. Due to the time contraints, we had to pick pre-printed lantern sheets, but if we were one hour earlier, we could customize by priting our names or draw something. Be mindful; however, it would take a couple of hours for the lanterns to completely dry. Perhaps, it would be a good idea to experience lantern making in the morning and come back and pick up your creations later.
The building looks historical, and everyone is free to rest inside when hot or rainy outside. There is a clean toilet and chilled water at no charge.
It took a long time for our driver to fetch our car, which was parked a bit away in a parking lot), but the workers were very pleasant while trying to close out the building. No rushing... Check it out when in Odawara.
