Birdwatching Paradise in Corcovado with Cindy – A Photographer’s Dream

点评：We booked a private 2-day tour in Corcovado National Park with Tropical Escapade, and as passionate birdwatchers and photographers, it was everything we had hoped for and more. Our guide, Cindy, is not only a naturalist but also an avid birdwatcher herself, which made the entire experience feel like we were exploring with a friend who shared our same passion.
From the moment we set foot on the trails around Sirena Station, we knew we were in for something special. Cindy’s trained ears picked up calls long before we noticed them, and with her spotting scope, she was able to show us incredible details. Thanks to her, we had unforgettable encounters with a multitude of species, including native, endemic and endangered ones. For photographers, having a guide who understands light, angles, and patience was invaluable. She gave us the time and positioning we needed to capture those perfect shots without ever rushing.
But Corcovado isn’t only about the birds. We were lucky enough to see tapirs crossing the river, monkeys, an impressive coati family along the trails, and a variety of reptiles and amphibians. Each moment felt like nature was putting on a private show just for us.
What made this tour so special was the balance between expert guidance and the freedom to truly enjoy birdwatching at our own pace by having a private guide. Cindy’s captivating knowledge, her enthusiasm, and her ability to tailor the experience to our interests made this a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
If you are a birder, wildlife enthusiast, or nature photographer, we cannot recommend this tour enough.
This was hands-down the best activity of our trip to Costa Rica, and we left with memory cards full of photos and hearts full of gratitude. 🌿🦜📸
