Excellent fly fishing guide service in Puerto Natales

点评：Just completed a fantastic multi-day fly fishing program with Mosquero out of Puerto Natales in the Magallanes region of Chile and could not be happier. I did my homework researching guides in the area and glad I wisely chose Mosquero. Initial communications were excellent with helpful recommendations on lodging and assuring me I would not need to bring any of my own gear. From beginning to end the service was outstanding. Always punctual pickup at hotel in the morning to review of next day's plan in the afternoon. I felt spoiled with the daily lunch spread and kept telling Fernando and David the lunches are too good for a sandwich/beer fisherman like me.
Fernando is definitely the “OG” (original guide) in that area and knows the waters well. Experienced fly fishing professional, knowledgeable, outgoing with a great sense of humor. His relationships with ranchers meant we were able to fish private water exclusively. We never saw another angler which also meant the fish haven’t seen any either. We caught many big beautiful Brown trout on streamers and drys and landed many fish over 25”. The pictures on their website and instagram page accurately represent exactly what it is like. They truly care about helping you land the fish of your lifetime. If you are lucky enough to get to this part of Patagonia, want to catch fish and Fernando is available, do you yourself a favor and talk to him about booking as many days as you can.
