点评：We attended Pui’s brilliant cooking class this morning. Pui is incredibly knowledgeable and is able to share her expertise with clarity and charm. As her tag line says- she does demystify Thai cooking.
We attended as a family of 4- late teenage children and parents- and all really enjoyed ourselves. We were shown around the market and were able to touch, smell, taste and photograph the produce. Pui then took us to her kitchen where she guided us through preparing 4 dishes which we had selected in advance from the 20 options. We ate the food which was utterly delicious. Anything we couldn’t manage to finish was bagged up for us to take away.
My top tip is DO NOT eat breakfast before doing this activity as you will want to save the space for eating through the morning.
I really recommend booking with Pui at her fantastic Thai cooking school.
