Bad Service - Long wait time

点评：The meals were tasty but the service could have been better. We had to wait a long time for our main meals. Then when we finished our meals, no one came around to ask if we wanted to order dessert or coffee. The used plates and cutlery were still on our table for a long time after we finished eating. We waited to see a waiter and I had to get up and find a waiter to ask for the dessert menu. I have arthritis in my knees so it's hard walking around. We ordered two coffees with our dessert, each coffee with two sugars. The coffee was delivered with no sugar, no saucer and no teaspoons. When the waiter delivered our coffees, she just went to the table next to us and started talking to them without offering the saucer and teaspoon. I had to grab her attention to ask for these things which she did bring over. I told her that there was no sugar in the coffees and she replied "I told him to put in two sugars".
When I was paying at the counter,the lady asked me what our experience was like. I told her that the meals were delicious but the main meals arrived late. She said that it was because there was a large group there also and that it was because we wanted the garlic bread and the arincinis to be served before the mail meals. She also said that next time we should just tell the waiter if the meals are late. I replied that there was no one around to bring this to anyone's attention and she said 'sorry'. Although there was a big table there with other customers, the restaurant was not full and there were lots of other empty tables in the restaurant.
We drove a long way to the restaurant only to be disappointed with the bad service.
