5 Stars – An Amazing First Solo Trip That Exceeded My Expectations

点评：My first solo trip couldn’t have been a better experience, and Holistika truly exceeded my expectations. The location is wonderful — much larger than I imagined, full of beautiful trees, and incredibly peaceful. It feels like a true sanctuary where you can relax and reconnect with yourself.
I stayed at the Beehive and met three wonderful women who quickly became great friends. Sharing that space made the experience even more special and meaningful.
The classes were fantastic. I especially loved the Vinyasa yoga classes with Elsa and Noelle — both instructors were excellent and created such a welcoming atmosphere.
The Temazcal ceremony with Mitch was incredibly powerful and meaningful. I highly recommend it if you can handle the heat — it was truly unforgettable. The cacao ceremony with Amaya was also beautiful. She is very knowledgeable, and the whole experience felt very special and intentional.
One of the most unique experiences was the sound bath in the pool led by a lovely couple. They were so genuine, kind, and caring, and it made the experience incredibly relaxing and memorable.
The reception staff were also outstanding. Manuel and Diego were both very attentive and helpful with anything we needed, always friendly and professional.
The only aspect that could have been better was the food. That said, I was never hungry and there were still some great options — I especially recommend the pizza, the fruit bowl, and the hummus with pita bread.
Overall, this is such a wonderful place filled with amazing people, beautiful classes, and a truly special atmosphere. My stay was an absolutely lovely experience — 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend Holistika, and can’t wait to come back.
