Do not book with Novasol!!

点评：We stayed at No 5 Calle Milan in the Nuncia area .. about 4 miles inland from Benidorm. All built under the name of Levante Homes.
It is advertised as a stunning villa for up to 6 people! DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA! Calle Milan is just a long road which is nothing more than a building site!! If you book it you will have to listen to the noise all day of at least 6 cranes and building noises in the immediate vicinity.
The photos advertised are deceiving...the sofa in the lounge looks like black leather..it is nothing more than a disgraceful flea-ridden uncomfortable piece of cheap crap. Not leather..just
thin balloon type of covering that has seen better days. Trust me..you will not want to sit on it. There are many positives about the villa but sadly whoever is in charge of maintaining it, is failing! It is a relatively new property and sadly it is already showing signs of neglect.
To say we were disappointed would be an understatement!!! There is absolutely NOTHING in the area..it is almost desolate!
Disgraceful!!! The guy who came to collect the "cleaning money" ..his name is Estoban..was absolutely not interested in the concerns that we raised..all he was interested in was the £$€! We would never consider booking with Novasol again..they are deceitful and really coukdn't care less about their clients!!
