Kaziranga National Orchid And Biodiversity Park的点评
点评：This park totally took me by surprise where we went to see Orchids but were amazed by so many other things too. There are theme based tents where they will share about different types of flora like Orchids, Rice, Cactus, Tea, Medicinal Herbs etc. Than there is Bamboo Garden, Gorkha Museum, Assam Museum, Musical Instruments display and much more.
Every tent or room has guide and they will explain you in detail with a smiling face. Take your time and gain knowledge about Assam and its culture.
Than there is small canteen and they serve Assamese Veg Thali which has 16 items and will cost you 200 Rs. Items are reduced from earlier 26 to 16 now due to inflation, as shared by person there. It is available till 4 PM only. Enjoy the thali with live cultural dance/show going there. They also have juice shakes and Maggi sandwiches etc.
Entry ticket is 150/head for Indians. You can shop for bamboo and cane products just outside the park, pretty reasonable. A must visit if in Kaziranga, keep couple of hours in hand to soak in the culture of the state.
