点评：My family and friends with their 3 children decided to take a summer holiday to this so called new resort in the beautiful setting of Miches, lovely beaches and scenic pictures.
That however is where the positive reviews ended, unfortunately during our 2 week stay at this supposedly 5 star resort, we had to endure repetitive noise from other south American guests blasting out their personal music speakers the size of suitcases, throughout the pool area, over powering the children's pool entertainment and going totally against hotel management rules of having your own music playing,
We also evidenced guests eating burger & chips in the pool and smoking cigars that again, after 5 failed attempts of having the management team intervene, the excuse there is nothing they could do fell on death ears, the service was totally inadequate for such a chain as the Hyatts.
Room service was exceptional, restaurants were again very accommodating and lovely food, but the lack of leadership when money is exchanged between guests and concierges' turned a blind eye on this totally inept situation.
Never going back to this place!!

我们还发现有客人在泳池里吃汉堡和薯条，甚至抽雪茄；尽管我们五次尝试请求管理团队干预，但对方始终以“无能为力”为由置之不理。对于凯悦这样的连锁酒店而言，这种服务水平实在糟糕透顶。
不过客房服务则相当出色。餐厅依旧服务周到，食物也很美味，但当客人与礼宾员之间进行金钱交易时，却缺乏有效的管理；对于这种完全不当的行为，相关管理人员也选择视而不见。
我再也不会光顾这个地方了！！
