Lomprayah Boat Transfer的点评
点评：I booked a boat trip from surat thani to koh tao, but the experience was twisted. The boat was good and the staff were friendly. However, they failed to mention that: Firstly, it was nog a direct trip but via koh samui and kog phangan; secondly, twe had to get off the boat at koh samui for 45minutes without mentioning why. Both of which where never mentioned in the booking or at the harbour. If I were to describe this experience in one word i would say “SCAM!”. They try to profit as much as they can off the customer because when docked in koh samui (for 45 minutes) the only place you can get something to eat or drink is also owned by Lomprayah. Pathetic! This ruined my day and a few hours of my time, which could have been avoided by mentioning it before hand. If mentioned, I could and would have booked with another company. I would describe Lomprayah as a company that prioritizes minimizing its costs and maximizing their profits (not very customer friendly and kind of a day ruiner). I would recommend to everybody, that if you want to go to koh tao, book with another company that clearly states their agenda for the day. One word: “SCAM”. One sentence summary: “Greedy, money hungry and not transparant.” Last but not least, throughout the boat trip they take photos and video’s of you, without consent. In addition, I believe these photos & videos are used to misrepresent the experience by the marketing crew of Lomprayah; Immoral at best, deliberate deception at worst(likely both).
