点评：Windsurfing quote: rent the latest premium quality material . I did for 3 weeks. The reality is more or less 4 year old material. The sails still try to stay on the mast. The performance they once had is long gone. Boards are mostly OK but needed some non slip between the straps. Manager Quote: we don't do this as one could hurt themselves on non slip. For any given wind force there are not more than 4 to 5 sails to fit the wind. If there are more people go figure On day two the manager explained to us that this is not a Windsurf spot any more and I should try Wing foiling instead. My Wife wanted to try this anyway so she started a course 520 Euros later (4 hours on different days) she had not so far progressed to get easily back to beach on here own with side offshore Winds. The advice was to not learn further on here own (rent ) because that would mean they had to look after her and perhaps bring her in with the boat they anyway used a lot during the day.
Obviously I don’t know if the other schools are better all though they have by far better/newer equipment. It is really a shame we enjoyed our holiday a lot and will miss the local cap verdian guys at Planet Allsports they have been always helpful and pleasant and made us feel welcome. On a side note If you might think due to the Pictures or video you can sit there in the shade well yes if you pay 10 euros a day for one person as all sunshades belong to the restaurant. You can sit directly at the surf-school in a shady area wich is mostly occupied by the instructors.
