点评：As a local we have regularly visited this venue. Tonight in the coldest weather to date the front doors were locked until half an hour prior to the cinema starting. We knocked the doors a couple of times, two people were just inside the doorway having a chat. When the manager finally opened the doors I asked why the doors were locked his reply was that the back doors were open. We didn't even know there are doors at the rear of the venue. No apology and I asked why the internet stated that the venue was busy at this time but even the lights at the front were dimmed. We were freezing standing outside for half an hour we could have had hot drinks which was our intention prior to the film. Absolutely disgraceful do they want customers or not. There was no staff on duty for the box office so booking for next Saturdays film was a non starter we will choose somewhere else to watch it.
