Ok but staff need a broom removing!

点评：Ok……. Not quite as good as its sister! Although nearly identical, they are run totally different. The staff on Rotterdam are so genuinely friendly. I found the staff on the pride of hull to be a bit robotic!
The entertainment at night was shocking compared to the Rotterdam. The only good thing was the interactive quiz. I travelled with my 8 and 10 year old and for two nights they were subjected to a Cinderella……. Aka all other Disney princesses. Although she was good…….. the American accent needed improvement….,and the show itself was soooo long and repetitive. Aimed at 6 and below. Nothing for the older kids like the pride of Rotterdam.
I know people go for longer than we did…… but the same show two nights in a row was a bore!
The food- I don’t generally suffer from issues but the food gave me a really bad stomach. The breakfast was shocking. I tried a black pudding which I love and it just tasted of really old cooking oil. Horrendous. The toast was put out and I couldn’t even cut it because it had been there that long 😩
For breakfast, I filled up on coffee and juice and a croissant!
The best food was from Costa!
The duty free staff were rude to my 10 year old asking if she was going to actually buy anything….. well yes lady she did. I hate this…… just because I wasn’t around her. This is rude rude rude! Treat her as a customer as she had money to spend and did!!!
Despite this we had a good trip however the customer service difference is worlds apart from the Rotterdam ship
