点评：Musa is a brilliant birder who we had the pleasure of spending three days with in February 2025. He has an amazing amount of knowledge and is one of the most well known bird guides in the Gambia.
Our first visit to The Gambia we recorded 167 lifers during our time with Musa. The range of birds that we saw was what really stood out and without his expertise we would have seen a fraction of this number. Musa has a deep interest in the eco system in his country and is passionate about environmental matters and protecting the birdlife. A visit to his hide is highly recommended as a great experience.
Days out started at 7.15 with a pick up from our hotel. He has real tenacity when it comes to tracking down birds, he maximises the time spent with you to ensure that you see as much as possible, something that we really liked. His passion is contagious, my wife is the avid birder, I enjoy nature and being outdoors but I have now been converted to the joy of birdwatching.
I cannot recommend enough both Musa as a guide and the Gambia as a destination. You certainly get great value for money and when we return in the future Musa will be our number one choice to guide us on our bird watching excursions.
