Badger Weir Picnic Area的点评
点评：It's special... really special. This park has huge Mountain Ash trees and valleys full of ferns... with Badger Creek burbling through it. There are picnic areas in abundance and a reasonable car park area. Whilst the picnic area is accessible to all.. .some of the walks will not be suitable for wheelchairs. Anyone with mobility issues should still put this on the list because it is so stunning metres away from the carpark.
The walks here are for varying fitness levels... what you can be assured of is that all of them are beautiful. The stillness and beauty will encapsulate you and bring you to a zen like state. The colours and scents will lull you into a serenity where you can focus on your breathing and just 'be' in that moment.
The only thing to be wary of is the automatic gates... the gate closes succinctly at 20:00 and if you are still inside, you will remain there. There are toilets at the location, but there is nothing else for miles... so it's probably best you follow the rules and ensure you are out of the area.
