点评：Having bad knees and reading the various posts, I was reluctant to take the tour, but thankfully it was not as bad as I anticipated. The tour guide stopped in various areas during the tour, so you could take a quick rest during that time. There were some areas and benches that you could sit on which was nice. The stairs that I worried about (65 steps coming down and 65 steps going up) were not as bad as I expected and the handrail was secure. Take your time being careful and you should be fine, no one in our group was in a rush and there were various visitors young and older in various physical condition. There were benches to rest once you leave the cave after the stairs. Also, you do not need to go down the stairs, you can wait for the group at the top. In the cave, there were some areas you had to bend down slightly but not crawl on your hands. Wearing the provided hard hat was a good idea. There were no real narrow areas to walk through. The other tours or tour guide may be different, but we did not experience anything difficult on our tour. There was a Limbo Hole that you could crawl through on your hands and knees, which a few people did, but if you choose not to, you could take the path and wait for them to crawl through. In addition to the 65 stairs, there were only a few stairs in different parts of the tour, but they were not difficult. After the tour there we were served complimentary punch and a chance to visit the gift shop. The restrooms were clean and a good idea to use before the tour. Make sure to wear good shoes as some areas along the path may be damp and some areas were uneven but not difficult.
