I wish I could give zero stars to this quad bike hire service. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to save others from the same fate.
First off, the quality of the bikes was shockingly poor. They felt cheap and poorly maintained, which made every ride more stressful than enjoyable. For what I paid, I expected at least a reliable vehicle, but what I got was subpar at best.
The real frustration, however, came after I returned the bike in perfect condition. The owner had placed a hold of 400€ on my bank account, which was supposed to be released promptly upon return. Instead, I was met with laziness and indifference from her end. When I tried to follow up, it became clear that she couldn't be bothered to take the simple step of contacting her bank to release the hold.
Her response? Rude and dismissive. She told me it wasn’t her fault—a refrain I heard multiple times during our conversation. Rather than offering any help or solution, she raised her voice and verbally abused me over the phone. It’s hard to believe someone who runs a business could treat customers so poorly.
Now I'm stuck waiting 28-31 days for my money to be released because of her negligence and lack of professionalism. This experience has left me feeling completely ripped off and disrespected.
I cannot recommend this service to anyone. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
