点评：Arrived on time and was greeted by a very moody woman who seemed annoyed and angry to even be there, just what you want whilst on vacation! Briefly explained how to use the bikes and I dared not to ask a question! We all had to leave a €450 deposit for bikes that are probably worth half as much. Dropped bike back after a shorter period of time than listed, because of the time it took to get everyone on the road. Was told deposit should clear within two weeks and repeatedly told not contact them about the deposit. ONE MONTH LATER still waiting for the money to be returned back into my bank account. SO I phoned the vendor only to be greeted once again by the same unpleasant lady with her lack of customer service and anger (and I just initially thought she was having a bad day!). She basically said it was not her problem and hung up on me! I phoned my bank and they confirmed that she could have easily sent an email to release the funds, as the issue was that (she) the vendor had not canceled the hold, so the bank has to continue to hold the funds for a certain period of time to ensure the transaction is not formally processed, unlike she leads everyone to believe. It’s just purely a lack of care, and laziness. Never experienced anything like it to be honest. I would seriously keep away from this place, it’s not a true reflection of Malta in any way, especially given she was not Maltese. This woman has severe anger issues. **You have been warned**
