Delicious prawns, crunchy beer battered fries

点评：Came for dinner as our motel recommended it. We booked ahead and asked for a seated table, unfortunately we had one at a bar leaner with bar stools. Here you order at the bar (hop in the queue if it's busy!). We decided on getting a few of the light meals to share between us plus fries. The winner of these were the prawns which were absolutely delicious. The dumplings were lovely, the tacos middle-of-the-road (nothing stood out). The dessert selection was a bit disappointing, if you want one for yourself you have the choice of two only - tropical creme brulee or chocolate brownie. Husband's favourite dessert is brulee, so I had brownie. Unfortunately the best part of a brulee - that 'crack' is softened by the passionfruit coulis and adding coconut flakes is an added texture that is not needed. My brownie won that round.
Most frustrating thing of all was my glass, made to look like a can, hard to drink out of when rather full.
Overall rather gimmicky, though the food came out quickly and there is plenty of seating (around 50 tables). Expensive but recommend the prawns and the wonderfully crunchy beer battered fries for not too bad a price.
