Lucky Tails Alpaca Farm的点评
点评：It’s not our first visit to Lucky Tails, but they never fail. We have enjoyed all of the experiences they have to offer at one time or another. They are fantastic with my niece who has additional needs, she absolutely loves her visits there. The staff their are really knowledgeable and they were looking out for both the animals and the people on the walk. The safety of everyone two legged or four was always important to them, whether it be ensuring the alpacas weren’t getting tugged about by their people on the lead or that the alpacas weren’t overly frisky (the ladies on the farm are kept separated and don’t do the walk due to their 11 month gestation - they are either pregnant or some are in season). You can buy feed and feed them half way round the walk, and it’s a nice opportunity for some pictures with your new alpaca buddy. The walk is fairly even, there is a plastic hexagon grip path in place but can be muddy on the walk and on the farm in general, so if it’s wet wear wellies or appropriate shoes.
After the walk we fed the goats and pigs and enjoyed a drink and an ice cream from the cabin on site. We loved seeing the baby alpacas and the baby miniature donkey this visit. I’d definitely recommend it for a visit.
