What unfolded was an incredible journey of over 2,000 km, including countless kilometers of off-roading through the stark and breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas. Dr. MAT’s deep knowledge of the region, his ability to inject humor into the most challenging situations, and his unwavering care and humanity made this one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever experienced—and that’s saying something for someone who has explored the wonders of Alaska!
Our 11-day Ladakh expedition was easily one of the best family adventures we’ve ever had: awe-inspiring mountain views, thrilling off-road experiences that made us wonder each time, “Is this really possible?”—and then, without hesitation, we were ready for the next challenge.
