Excellent Coaching and Epic Shred Trips

点评：I can highly recommend Maverix coaching. Just do it. You won’t regret it. Your riding will be better, your progression goals will be realised, you’ll have a lot of fun along the way, meet some awesome people and become part of a rad riding crew.
I first met J when I signed onto one of his freestyle courses way back in 2014 when they ran out of MK. I also went on an L2A trip back in the summer of 2018. Life and real-world things got in the way for a while and it wasn’t until spring of 23 when I was able to get back on it. Since then I’ve been attending a mix of private and group sessions at Hemel with J and an awesome crew who I consider good shred friends now. I also went to Hoff on a powder hunter course back in March 23, and have booked a repeat for March 24 - was that epic had to go again.
I started with some basic goals and they have evolved and escalated. My riding has come on leaps and bounds. It’s been fun and rewarding. I’ve been pushed hard, but in a supportive and encouraging way. J will get the best out of you and help you achieve your goals, as long as you put a shift in also. Not just on the snow, but at home training, exercises, drills etc. It’ll change your life, for the better.
My youngest daughter has since got into the sport and is on her own journey with it. She’s had some private sessions with J and is always hungry for more too. She’s had trials and tribulations with various coaches and instructors. Not everyone has the adaptability and capability to work with the range of clients that J has, that’s a testament to the skill he has as a teacher.
For the group sessions J always tries to match up skill-levels and does his best on each session to work with all. They are great for the camaraderie and bants. But every now and again it’s well worth a private session if you want that dedicated 1:1 to really focus on something and get it on full lock. I’d advise going for the best of both worlds if you can. And of course, do get on one of the trips for an awesome adventure and shred.
A++, 5*, top banana, 10/10 riders would recommend etc. Get on it, you won’t regret it.
