点评:Me and many other passangers couldn't take booked coach as it arrived at the different bus stop. I have travelled with the National Express from the London Golders Green Station for 14 years already. I always took a coach from the Golders Green Stop GE. For some reason, on the 25th of December, they changed the bus route pick-up point for a different location. They didn't even highlight it on the tickets for their passangers to pay some attention. On the ticket, it says Golders Green Rd, Stop GN. The difference is only in one letter but cost me a lot of money and stress on my Christmas Day.
I am just wondering why they didn't put a little more information on our tickets? One little extra word on our tickets would make us all get on that coach instead of paying for taxis. Even the stop called not Golders Green Rd Stop GN but Finchley Road Stop GN as Golders Green Stop GN is not searchable on the google. On their website from the Route Map, I can only find London Golders Green Bus Station Stop GE, Stop GT, and stop GV, but any information about the location of stop GN is missing. On the tickets, they should put at least the same information that they use for their staff on the system. On their system Stop GN has extra details for Golders Green: Golders Green Rd, AT COSTA COFFEE.
National Express refused to give me any refund. I was waiting almost one hour on the bus stop for the scheduled booked coach which one never arrived at it's usual location and I had to pay a lot of money for the taxi to catch my flight.
