点评:Cancellation of Ferry Liverpool July 28th 11-15
Now the couple who booked have received there monies back for Ferry travel that was cancelled I can give my feedback:-
2 couples.
To say this was one of the worst travel experiences of our lives is an understatement.
1) informed at 18-00 hours day before our sailing from Liverpool at 11-15 that ferry was cancelled (no time to cancel our hotel on Isle of Man).
2) Given option to get 14-15 ferry from Heysham if we arrived at Liverpool for 10-30 when we got there told no places available and only option was 02-15 following day from Heysham, ridiculous.
3) When asked what had happened told Liverpool staff couldn't speak as all bookings made at Isle of Man office.
What a way to treat your customers, we therefore had to cancel as no information on or if return ferry would run, also to arrive at 06-30 following day and attempt to enjoy our 3 day trip would be exhausting.
Couldn't receive any costs back from our booked hotel so we lost over£300.

我们预订的酒店没有退还任何费用,所以我们损失了300多英镑。
