点评：I visit super Saturday members suite every year & this year was absolutely terrible. Table, & chairs changed from comfortable to metal cafe cold chairs, they increased the numbers of seating dramatically at the expense of hospitality, there was a small bar & separate table for coffee & cake or bacon baguette, so i had to queue up for cold drinks then queue again for hot drinks, there was no vegetarian options in the cafe table, the coffee was very poor quality at £3.50 & the baguette £7.50, extortionate, the only positive was they didn't scrimp on the toilets, they were the same good standard, i arrive at 7 am to get a good table & I was absolutely pestered throughout the day asking if our chairs were available when my daughter had popped to the shops, twice i had to give her seat up making it clear when she returned we'd want it back only to be faced with grumpy people. Numerous people would come to the front wanting to watch blocking our view, it just seemed terribly managed. There also seemed to be much more owners in the suite, these were the individuals who kept pushing to the front, very rude, the shops were a lot less in numbers too, less horse boxes to view & overall a poor experience. Lastly I had confirmation in advance that I could park in the disabled parking, when we arrived at 6.50am no one absolutely no one knew where the parking was, i was sent on a merry-go-round, half an hour later we were back where we started so parked in normal parking, it caused such distress, very very very poor experience, sad as not sure we'll return after such great previous years
