点评:Took my dad on a 1 night staycation at Birkin International Hotel Melaka on 24th February. Honestly, the room was not as good as I expected, even though it is a 5 star hotel...still need a lot of improvement.
However, all the minus points of the room are being overshadowed by the excellent service by all their staff, special mention to Mr Selvam, Director of rooms, Mr Fairos from Front Office & Mr Ali, the shuttle driver/bell boy.
They gave us very personal service&very attentive to all our needs, making us feel so welcomed. Their superb hospitality started the moment we stepped into the lobby and even ushered us into our car after checking out the next day. Keep up the good work👍👍👍
Mr Selvam, Mr Fairos&Mr Ali are definitely a gem to Birkin International Hotel Melaka. The hotel is very lucky to have them as your staff.
