Hanalei Day Spa的点评
点评：My guy and I both love a good massage, but we had never done a couples massage. When we arrived on Kauai, we were looking for things to do and an ad for Hanalei Day Spa came up on my Facebook feed. I checked the reviews and saw so many positive experiences so we decided to book a couples massage beachside.
The day of our massage was windy, cold, and rainy. We easily found the location and were greeted by Chelsea. Our massage therapist, Lou and Roman, walked us down to the beachside hut, where the massages were to take place. The hut was clean and cozy. Shortly after arrival, we were both nestled on our massage tables ready to go. We opted for the 110 minute massage and oh my, what a treat it was. I opted for the regular massage, but my guy got the deep tissue massage. He said Roman did an excellent job and he was very pleased. Lou was equally as skilled and I could not believe how quickly the time flew by.
The location is not on the beach, but near the beach. It was close enough that we could hear the waves and at one point it started to rain. We could hear the rain gently falling outside around us. Even though it was cool and windy, we were nice and warm in the hut.
I can honestly say that this impromptu visit was one of the highlights of our trip. Yes, it was expensive, but when you are on vacation, it’s all about pampering yourself and taking advantage of things that you would not do for yourself at home. For us, this was one of those things. We have added this experience on our list of things to do when we return.
