Ark Encounter的点评
点评：We stopped at the Ark Encounter while we were traveling through Kentucky. Located just off I-75 in Williamstown, Kentucky. The park is a large venue with ample parking. We parked and took the shuttle to the Welcome Center to purchase our tickets. They have multiple ticket options that allow add-on and special features. The facility has numerous activities, the ark itself, zip lines, a carousel, zoo, a 4D experience, and a museum. We chose to do the Ark itself. The ark is multiple stories and uses ramps to go between floor. (There is also an elevator.) There are numerous exhibits that show the construction of the ark, the collection of animals, how they were housed and fed. They also had a display on how Noah and his family lived on the Ark. The staff was very helpful and able to answer questions. The facility was busy when we were there but the size of the Ark allowed for a very easy visit. At the tour continues you see how larger and larger animal were housed. There is a guided tour available but we chose to take our own tour. There are ample places to get snacks to eat and drink during the tour and a large gift shop at the end of the tour. There are.a number activities for children and plenty of opportunities for pictures. We were able to tour the Ark in 3 hours but the entire facility will take a couple of days to tour everything. We will be back.
