点评:This one's purely for the BC ferries staff. I don't think I've had a bad experience with any of them. Always find them to be really friendly and really kind. And I've seen them get treated poorly by customers way too many times (especially when the issue isn't even their fault).
Today just wanted to thank 2 in particular during the 620pm loading onto the naniamo (departure bay) ferry. I'm 7 months pregnant, was sick, having a hard day. I was lined up to be on the lower level (lower level you can't stay in your car you have to go upstairs). I asked the employee closest to me if there was any chance I could go to the upper deck so I could rest. And she got on her radio to see if they could help. The guy on the other end said no problem at all and put me into the little disability lane so I could go to the upper deck. Traveling while pregnant and feeling unwell is usually absolute hell. It may seem like something small but I just really want them to know it made such a difference for me. I hope BC ferries is able to hang onto such wonderful employees and continue to foster this type of culture.
