Nice park, few issues

点评：Came as 2 family groups. When we arrived at the park, checked in at reception and the "lady" couldn't find our booking, asking numerous of times name on booking and asked about 3xs if we were staying camping. After telling her everytime we were in a lodge! For her to turn around and say "you it would help if you give me all information " No you should of asked me!!
After finally getting the keys & arriving in the lodge it was absolutely full of flies, flying around in every room with at least 4 in each room & even in the cupboards!! Rang reception & a lady did come to spray fly spray, gasing us out & hoovering them up!
Hottub no temperature on & some bubble sprayers not working.
Food hut outside near park only open on a Friday & Saturday, (should be open all day, every day) so we had to order a takeaway from Jedburgh as we had already ate in the tavern bar for lunch.
Can't get over check out time also is 9am especially when check-in is 4pm. I mean who is ever up & ready & out by 9am especially when on holiday & a lodge full of adults & small children & a small baby!

退房时间也是早上9点，尤其是入住时间是下午4点，真是让人无法接受。我的意思是，谁会在早上9点起床、准备好、离开呢？尤其是在度假期间，而且小屋里挤满了大人、小孩和婴儿！
