Site, lodge and golf course amazing, shame about the lady at reception

The golf course as a little 9 holer was great fun, with a few really challenging holes, ideal for holiday golf, wouldn't hesitate to play it again!
In terms of the site, had no problems at all with our lodge, it was incredibly clean, and a super comfy bed. Had plenty cooking facilities in the lodge as well. No complaints there!
The only thing i would say, is that the lady working on the reception desk could really use a lesson in customer service. She was just downright rude and unwelcoming. We went to check in on time at 4pm, and we were told our lodge wasn't ready, when I asked how long it would be, she went on a big rant to me, that she and her cleaning team worked incredibly hard and how would I expect to be checked in perfectly on time (i think personally that's what a check in time is for), i said i didn't dispute the hard work, but she kept going and told us we might need to wait for another 2 hours to get in. As it was i went back around 4 20, and it was ready, but again, she wasn't very pleasant.
Even on check out, there was an elderly couple in front of us, she was incredibly nice to them, telling them about their deposit refunds, asking about their stay, but when it came to us she took our key, said nothing and turned away.

即使在退房时，我们前面还有一对老夫妇，她对他们非常好，告诉他们押金退款的事，询问他们的住宿情况，但当轮到我们时，她拿走了我们的钥匙，什么也没说就转身离开了。
