点评：Went today for a friends 6th birthday party today.
Complete chaos, the staff all 3 of them, were managing the door, the till, the laser room and food.
There was 17 children in our party today, arrived early to be told the venue was running behind. Take a seat, which we did.
My son needed the toilet, it was bitterly cold in the toilet, there was no toilet paper, and the main light didn’t work that was just the ladies toilet. The gents toilet, no toilet paper, the seat was broken, the door handle was broken, the tap was broken.
Everyone arrived, there was a quick safety briefing before the equipment was fitted to each child, the equipment was very heavy on the children aged between 4 to 6 years, some of the equipment didn’t work. So the children couldn’t shoot. There was lots of crying because of this.
Then 15 mins later, all equipment off, to then be told all equipment had to go back on each child. That didn’t happen, so the children got to go back into Laser Quest to play tig with each. Problem half of the children were told they could have food and half were playing tig. Eventually all the children got food and juice, in a room with a group of noisy older boys who were screaming and shouting at each other. It was complete chaos.
