Organized Experience for an Easy Going Adventure!

点评：Tour in Peru provided an amazing organized experience for our 2 week adventure in the Sacred Valley. They communicated a lovely itinerary that clearly mapped out the trip. They were willing to adjust itinerary items that catered to our specific group. Each night we would recieve a WhatsApp message clarifying pick up times from our hotel lobby and small tips for the next day's adventure. I would say communication via email took a bit longer, so when you ask questions, allow about a week for a response.
Other tips:
1. Make sure to spend at least one night in Ollantaytambo (I believe their generic itinerary they will send you does not include this)
2. When going to Machu Piccu, they will expect you to downsize bag to smaller backpack or duffle and leave larger suitcase at home base in Cusco
3. They will pick you up from airport with a sign with your name on it! Go right to person with sign and avoid people wanting tips to carry your suitcase to them
4. I'm from the mountains in Colorado and thought I wouldn't get altitude sickness, but I did after Rainbow Mountain. Prepare!
5. See what festivals are happening in Peru and perhaps book your trip around it. We made sure to be in Ollantaytambo for their annual Choquekillka fest. But also, all of June is filled dancing and parades for the Inti Raymi fest in Cusco.
Overall, I would highly recommend Tour in Peru. Just push for communication and you will get your answers and have a marvelous trip!
