点评：My kids had a fantastic time. So many things for them to do and see. We stayed in the pod for 2 nights with family staying in the next pod. The reason for the drop is stars would be the pod I stayed in was disgsuting. Mouldy food, not cleaned at all, blocked shower drain and stinky bin. It wasn’t very safe for a child isolating with upcoming operation. I was assured from other people it would’ve been safe enough but turns out it wasn’t. Staff the following day were made aware and informed me it wasn’t rotation staff that clean and they’re not always the same. But they were very helpful.
The only other thing was the amount of cutlery/plates etc should be checked prior to check in. We had 1 knife, 1 fork and not enough cups etc. the 3 plastic knives were mouldy and unusable to. Knowing 4 people are staying in the pod the amount of crockery should be accommodated for. We only noticed at 6:30pm that evening when no staff were around. The safety bed kept deflating and defeated the object of being safe so we were unable to use that.
But the facilities were spotless, staff were amazing and cafe food was also brilliant. Even when there were out of stock items the chef sorted that super quick and offered alternatives. Duty manager on site was so lovely and apologetic for the issues I had raised (even though it wasn’t her fault) and I felt assured they were going to get ontop of who had caused that. We will definitely be back again!
