点评：I don’t know how I found the Omo Valley but it is the most amazing discovery I have ever made. Once I decided that I wanted to go to Ethiopia and explore the Omo Valley I did a lot of research to find Fitsum and Omo Valley Tours. From my very first inquiry he was responsive and answered the many questions I had about the trip. I am a solo older woman traveler and wanted to make sure that I understood everything I needed to know before I arrived. Fitsum speaks english very well. He helped me with making sure I booked the correct intra-country flights and met me at the Addis Ababa airport for our trip. He designed a trip so that I was able to visit the Suri Tribe and six others in the time I had available. His crew was top notch! Israel the driver and Tuko the cook were fun and well skilled. For those who may have apprehensions about the camping part of the trip if you want to see thew Suri, it was a great experience! We had a fire and the Suri youngsters were very helpful I slept very well and the crew took very good care of me! I hardly know how to describe this experience except to say that as a photographer, it was the most amazing experience I could ever imagine! It was fun, it was interesting, it was exciting, it was educational, it was beautiful and it was adventurous! It is by far the best travel adventure in my over forty countries. The photography opportunities are amazing and everything is easier than you would imagine. Fitmus and his team are just the best! He always has local guides from the tribe so the experience is authentic and you learn a lot about the people and the culture. Some experiences are tough but it makes you appreciate your life and the fact that people can live so much more simply. I had the time of my life! It almost seems like a dream except I have hundreds of photographs to remember. This tour is highly recommended!
