点评:If I could give zero stars I would, I’ve just had the most HORRENDOUS customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life from Pauline. I purchased a claddagh ring for my fiancé for Christmas, the payment cleared from my bank. I received a call from Pauline at approximately 8:30pm at night when I was sitting next to said fiancé (inappropriate time to call out of the blue), informing me that she had ‘priced the item wrong on the website and it was more expensive than what I’d paid’ which was very odd seeing as it’s a professional website and not on Marketplace - surely she should be more careful about her pricing?
She admitted that it was her error alone. Seeing as it was her mistake and NOT mine, she agreed to honour the original payment, so I was happy enough despite being annoyed with the fact that I received a phone call at night time, in front of the person I’d purchased the surprise gift for, and extremely stressed with the unexpected information.
After having agreed to honour the original payment (which I have in writing), I received an email out of nowhere saying that my purchase had been ‘refunded’ without agreeing to a refund and having had no conversation surrounding it. The last I’d heard from Pauline, I was assured that the original purchase would be honoured and that I’d be receiving my purchase.
The transaction has been stressful from start to finish and this woman cannot be trusted to price her own items correctly, to rectify her mistakes or to honour her own word. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
