Beautiful beach and fantastic campsite
海滩省立公园的点评
点评：The biggest and smallest beach! At low tide, you can walk for miles on this gorgeous sandy beach. When the tide starts coming in, it’s a marvel to see it come in before your eyes as the beach is so flat. At high tide, there’s little beach left but a network of paths that give you a wonderful view.
There’s everything you need for a day out: picnic benches, taps, and washrooms. Even a great playground for kids.
We camped in the BC Parks campground which is our favourite. Lovely private campsites, great facilities, and a stroll to the beach.
Watch out for the wildlife. We visited and there were three bears visiting the campground, so help keep the bears safe by keeping a bare campsite. Also cougars were in the area.
You can grab a sweet treat at the campsite gatehouse, as well as hire bikes. It’s such a great spot!
