Visiting the Ijevan Wine Factory was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and guided by the wonderful Karine, who made the tour exceptional. Her deep knowledge of winemaking, brandy making combined with her passion for Armenian traditions, brought every step of the process to life.
The factory itself is impressive, beautifully blending history with modern production, and the wine tasting was simply delightful — each flavor carrying the richness of the Tavush region. Karine’s explanations made us appreciate not only the taste but also the story behind every bottle.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ijevan. With Karine as your guide, you don’t just taste wine — you experience Armenian culture, hospitality, and history in the most genuine way.
