Should have been cancelled - couldn’t see a single thing

点评：We booked the Loen Sky Lift with Olden as it was slightly cheaper than our cruise shore excursions. In my opinion the trip should have been cancelled as it was a very cloudy day and visibility at the top was absolutely zero. A total waste of time. If it’s a cloudy day, sincerely don’t bother. You can’t see a single thing!
We queued outside of the cruise port for around 15 minutes to wait for the shuttle bus. There is no seating provided for disabled people at all so it’s an uncomfortable wait.
When the bus arrives it’s about 15 minute transfer around the water so it’s quite pleasant.
When you arrive, unless you are in a wheelchair then disabled /mobility challenged people are not catered for at all. Queues are long to get in and were even longer to try and get back out with no seating provided anywhere. I was extremely uncomfortable throughout. Also please note there’s no seating the cable car, only standing and you are squished in. Total chaos at the top waiting to come down with people queuing up stairwells, in front of the toilets and in front of the restaurant with nobody having a clue which queue was for what. And we waited until it wasn’t busy so god knows what it’s like at peak times. The worst experience of our trip. Very disappointing.
Coming back the bus was waiting so we got straight on but then we were kept waiting for an age while more people had to come to fill up the numbers. Whilst I appreciate this is more economical for the coach company it was really inconvenient. I think this would be the case though with whoever you book with so bear that in mind.
