Appalling - mislabelled gluten free options on menu and sub par food

点评：As a coeliac I understand that my food options are limited but when items on the menu are incorrectly labelled as gluten free it’s poor.
I had originally ordered a burger without the bun, the first waiter came back out to explain the supplier had changed and they contained gluten - no probs. I reordered a veggie sizzler with blackbean sauce- after my order goes back to the kitchen annother waitress comes out to explain there’s a misprint on the menu and my order is not gluten free. I requested no sauce, apparently vegetables can’t be cooked without sauce - this is news to me…
To add insult to injury the Madri was room temperature, my sizzler wasn’t sizzling, my daughter’s cheese pizza was dry and even she turned her nose up at it and my partners ultimate burger was dry, grisly and non of it worth the price.
When I was explaining how poor the experience has been I was given the excuse that all the wait staff know of the misprint and tell customers (but they didn’t, kitchen staff had to make them aware). I often stay in Rowrah and visit the Bistro Tap when visiting family and this misprint has been on the menu for at least 4 months and has not been rectified in this time. It is appalling and dangerous.
Myself and my family won’t be returning to the Bistro Tap which is shame since all previous visits were fantastic.

我和家人不会再去Bistro Tap餐厅了，这真是太遗憾了，因为之前每次来都非常棒。
