点评：I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to Wonderla, specifically near the Interstellar Park area. Despite the excitement and thrill of the rides, our experience was marred by inadequate crowd control and noise management.
On 9 dec we visited Wonderla and were looking forward to enjoying the various attractions. However, we were dismayed by the sheer number of visitors and the lack of effective crowd control measures. The queues were poorly managed, leading to overcrowding and chaos.
Furthermore, we were disturbed by the excessive shouting and noise levels in the closed rooms near Interstellar Park que line. The noise was not only a nuisance but also caused discomfort to my family members, especially the children.
To our surprise, there were no staff members or security personnel present to monitor the situation, address the crowd, or maintain order. The lack of supervision and crowd control measures created an unpleasant and potentially hazardous environment for visitors.
