点评:Booked a holiday for 7 days at Alena suite hotel in Fuerteventura on 23rd November 2025 for my partners birthday, quoted 1,042 pounds 7 days all inc, so far so good debit card details were given , TSB took 10 mins to authorise payment, as soon as payment was made i was called by Jordan Kay and informed that all basic rooms had now gone (how convenient) and i was offered an upgrade to a junior suite at a cost of £840.00 pounds or a 2star hotel nearby, my partner Jan checked this hotel and it was a dump bed bugs, dirty, cockroaches etc. I then requested a refund but was told they had already paid Ryanair £300 pounds and i could not get that refunded, he said he would authorise a refund but it would take 5 to 7 days for it be actioned i contacted TSB and they said the refund had been made but galaxy travel had put a stop on the payment for 7 days , so thank you Jordan kay for ruining what would have been my partners birthday in the sun, you are a disgrace and so are your company. DO YOU LIE TO ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS
