Never again. Cheap !! Bting your own transparent bags or be ready to sweat and be kicked out

点评：Travelling the world for 30 years i believe i can judge customer experiences objectively. I have just gone through security at Hannover Airport making me give 2nd ranking after Kochi in India for Hannover Airport ! Yes. 2nd worst airport erlebt. A security guy makes me empty my pockets, remove my glasses, place my bags giving me one second to do so as if i am a robot. I gave him my cosmetics pouch. Not good. You need a transparent plastic bag ! Ok. Not uncommon. What is however is that he and the airport dont have any. He asked me to go and buy one on the machine for 1.5 euros. As a foreigh traveller i have 0.5e left and ofc the machine doesnt accept card nor coins. Another woman sends me to the nearest bank on the other side of the aiport. I go around with all my bags. Not one single trolley in the airport ! To find an atm. I take 20 euros but no kleingeld and the machine doesnt take notes. I am 25mn later. Eureka i had another idea which i cant say here.i walked 1km in and back for a transparent bag they cant even give you but they buy Dyson dryers for their toilets???? This airport is a joke. I have never seen any airport where they oblige you to buy a transparent bag for 1.5euros !!!! And the guy let me empty everything and condescendingly asked me to take back everything with me. Shame he was gone as i returned. Kochi Airport in India is terrible but shame on you Hannover Airport to be a developed country, ask 1.5gbp on plastic bags and make your travelers sit on their luggage when they try to use the toilets ! At least provide some spare bags to foreigners or dont make profit out of them. Terrible.never again will i ever use this airport. Never.
翻译：30年来我走遍世界，因此相信自己能够客观地评判顾客的体验。我刚刚在汉诺威机场通过了安检，这让我将汉诺威机场的排名定为仅次于印度科钦机场的第二差机场！没错，这是我经历过排名第二差的机场。安检人员命令我掏空口袋、摘下眼镜并放下行李，只给了我一秒钟时间完成这些动作，仿佛我是个机器人。我把化妆品袋递给了他。不行，得用透明塑料袋装才行！好吧，这种情况也并不罕见。不过事实是，他和机场都没有任何零钱。他让我去售票机那里花1.5欧元买一张票。作为一名外国旅客，我身上只剩下0.5欧元，而那台机器显然既不接受银行卡也不接受硬币。另一位女士指引我前往机场另一侧的最近的银行。我拖着所有行李四处奔波。整个机场竟然连一辆手推车都没有！好不容易找到一台ATM机，我取出了20欧元，但却没有零钱，而且那台机器也不接受纸币。25分钟过去了。尤里卡，我还有另一个想法，不过在这里就不说了。我走了1公里往返，就为了买一个透明袋——他们甚至都不提供这种袋子，可他们却花钱给卫生间购买戴森牌的干手器？？？这个机场简直是个笑话。我从未见过哪个机场会强制乘客花1.5欧元购买透明袋！！！那个工作人员还让我把所有东西都倒出来，然后居高临下地命令我把所有东西都带走。可惜我回来时他已经走了。印度的科钦机场糟糕透顶，但作为一个发达国家的机场，汉诺威机场也实在可耻——居然对塑料袋收取1.5英镑的费用，还让使用卫生间的旅客不得不把行李放在一旁！至少应该给外国旅客提供一些免费的塑料袋，或者别借此牟利啊。太糟糕了，我再也不会使用这家机场了。绝对不会。
